One of our favorite ice cream makers is back for another round of Magic Makers. Please help us welcome back Bridge Ho of Little Spoon Creamery!
Little Spoon Creamery is a QTPOC owned small batch ice creamery. We make delicious treats drawing inspiration from experiences as a first generation Asian-American growing up in SF. Our small batch ice cream draws inspiration from my childhood and my heritage. We use our favorite tea from dim sum or chinese sausage as well as our childhood favorite snack like hot cheeto. We love to make ice cream that taste like a little piece of home and uplift our cultural experiences.
We strive to support food sustainability when possible by using locally sourced products, compostable utensils, etc. Little Spoon also strives to be inclusive and mindful of food sensitivities and offer a large range of vegan and gluten free ice creams.
I’m envisioning and working towards having larger mobile events and potentially a storefront in 2018.
Little Spoon will be selling ice cream treats and collaborating on an Ice Cream Sandwich with Two Chix in the Mix on Sunday Dec 10th!
